Data collected:
When visiting a Deltablot website, your IP address is logged. This is part of the normal process of web services. The logs are kept up to 1 year and are mainly used to prevent bad actors from accessing and abusing resources, and also collect some metrics about traffic.
When you contact us by email, we may store your name, affiliation, phone number, and email address. This is done to keep a record of previous interactions and to be able to contact you if needed. This data is stored for an undefined amount of time.
The data sent by email is stored in Paris, France. The logs are centralized in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
All experimental data stored via eLabFTW’s PRO Hosting service is deleted upon cancellation of your plan, along with all backups.
